What will I recieve?
An A European size unframed print. We use 300gsm Neutral Paper which is slightly off white. The print will be either packed in a sturdy postal tube or a hard envelope with extra stiffeners. There also will be some protective wrapping, an invoice and a thank you card with a discount. Please get in touch if the print gets damaged in transit.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, We ship using the Royal Mail to all countries. Your print will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class or International Tracked postage.
All taxes, customs and fees charged for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
In Stock – We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days after payment is received.
Out of Stock / Back Order – If the prints are out of stock or on back order please allow a time for new stock to be printed. It usually never takes to long and there will be a date or email to notify.
A2 Limited Edition – Please allow an extra 1 -2 weeks for delivery as this are printed to order.
Once shipped what are the delivery estimates?
UK tracked is next day tracked and signed.International Tracked takes the same amount of time as below but you get peace of mind knowing where your parcel is.
Please note delivery outside of UK is slower than expected sometimes so please be patient as it always arrives.
Delivery times stated exclude despatch time:
Mainland UK – 1-3 working days
Non-mainland UK – 2-5 working days
Europe – 5-7 working days
USA & Canada, Far East and Australasia – 5-15 working days
Rest of the World – 7-20 working days
Are the prints framed?
Currently the prints are sold unframed but are a standard size which are compatible with most frames.
Do to the nature of printing and monitors having different colour settings please allow for slight colour differences.
Do you accept returns?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return any item as providing the item is in saleable condition for a full refund minus shipping charges within 14 days of receiving your item. If you wish to arrange an exchange or return, you can email me directly at email@example.com.
To help process your exchange or return as quickly as possible please state your order number and the full name under which the order was placed when emailing. If the item is damaged or obviously defective please attach a photo. Doing so may save you from having to physically return the item.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We happily accept payment via all major credit cards as well as Paypal payments. You don’t need to be registered with Paypal to use our payment gateway.
