Whats the difference between Standard and Premium?
For standard you must upload the photo when purchasing the print. This is the photo we will use and there is not account manager assigned to your job. You will be give 1 revision and in turn this keeps costs down so its a little cheaper. For premium we will assign you an account manager who will work with you to find the correct photos. You are also given 3 revisions and the opportunity to have more than one car draw. Premium we also offer a full money back guarantee if your not happy with the end result.
How long does it take?
Our team of artists work as fast as they can but sometimes we are very busy, we aim to get your design out to you in 10 days. If you need it in a hurry please add the express option on the product page or let our team know after purchase. For excellence range please allow up to 30 days as it will take longer to draw.
Do you draw than one car?
Sure we can draw as many cars as you like. Navigate to the premium product and add all your rides.
How much is shipping and is it sent tracked?
All draw my ride products are offered with free tracked fast shipping to get to you in good time anywhere in the world.
How is the design sent?
We offer many product options for everyone’s budget. From a digital download to a premium handmade frame. Please choose how you would like to receive it in the product page.
What if I am not happy with my design?
Our artists are incredibly talented and always do an amazing job, however, sometimes working from a photo we miss the essence of the car. The standard product comes with 1 revision and the premium 3. We will do our best to make sure your 100% happy. For the premium product we will offer a full refund if you still not happy after all the revisions before we make the final product.
Can I have a background?
We offer a coloured background for all single cars to give your ride more life.
How many revisions do I get?
Standard 1, premium 3 and excellence unlimited. Don’t worry we will do our best to make you happy but please understand there has to be a balance between time and money. If you are very picky then we might need to request a detail/revision upgrade.
How do I send you my photos?
For the standard product, mug, t-shirt we have an easy upload feature. The photo we receive will be the photo we draw from so it will be the same angle. For the premium product you will have an account manager who will contact you and request all your photos.
What if I don’t have a photo of the car?
That’s not a problem if you choose the premium version. The account manager will work with you and find all the photos necessary to draw your ride.
What quality should the photo I send to you be?
The better quality the photo the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration of you on the other side. But don’t worry, we’ll let you know if we’re having any issues.
Will you colour match to our exact car colour?
Yes we will do our best. Please tell use the exact colour of the cars and we will match them as close as possible. When telling us instead of saying green, say British racing green for example. Note: Please be aware that the colour will look different on different screens,monitors,phones. And again will look a bit different when printed. This is normal and there’s nothing we can do. The colour difference will be minimal but we want to make you aware of it as car colour can be quite specific.
Do you draw every detail of the car?
We draw all cars in our modern stylised graphic way. In order to find a balance between quality and price we don’t draw all details, text & logos. The base price includes all standard road cars details. Rest assured we will make sure we capture your pride and joy be it a modification, spoiler or special number plate. If you have any requests or areas we should focus on let us know, we will work with you to get it right. If you want the cars drawn in a different style or a different angle let us know before we start drawing your ride. If you require more details or the cars have large patterns/ liveries there might be a need for an extra payment of £5 per car needed.
Can I include a personalised message?
Sure on our premium service we will offer a free personalisation service where you can add a personalised message and also model numbers / years under the cars to make it extra special.
I have a large amount of car I need doing?
No problem just in the premium product we can draw as many cars as you wish.
How exactly are you drawing these?
Believe it or not a real human is drawing these with a wacom tablet and illustration software using your exact photos. There is no automated process or filter that we use.
How long does it take to make my product once its approved?
We have on the product details tab all the processing information. The average is 2-6 days and also please allow shipping times which vary depending on the product and where you live in the world. If your unsure our team will happily assist you with timings.
Its a gift do you include any payment details with the packaging?
No there is no payment info included or invoices with the physical product.
How does the time to first draft work?
Its calculated from the time you place your order for any uploaded photos and from the time all photos are approved with your account manager for premium. We will always try to show an update sooner if we can but sometimes if we are very busy this time might go over as we are only human after all.
Will I be charged for changes to my order after it’s been made?
It is the customer’s responsibility to specify all details they would like in their order in the order notes. Any details not included in the order notes will be assumed by our artist and will result in additional charges if the customer requires changes.
Please be aware there is an artist drawing your ride and we are human after all. Sometimes things might take longer than expected as this is a bespoke product. Also we endeavor to use photos to get the most accurate representation of your car but we don’t draw all details to keep the price down.
We are aware that a lot of these requests are time sensitive as its a special gift for someone’s birthday, for example. We do our best to show all our timings be it from finding photos, drawing, revisions to making the product. We want you to have this as much as you do on the correct date but no matter how much we try to estimate timings sometimes things will take longer as this is a manual human process. Please try and allow for this.
If for whatever reason we don’t hit that level you expected we might need to request a detailed upgrade. If the car is just too difficult for us to draw and both parties feel its not working after trying our best, a full refund will be offered. Please note we can’t refund if you have already received the physical product. By ordering the product from our site we are assuming you have read all these and agree too what is said.
